Covid Policy and Procedures

Mumma Associates has implemented our emergency operations plan due to the Coronavirus situation.

It is our goal and priority that during these challenging times that our customer service will not be affected.

During the past few years we have modernized our computer and phone system which now allows us to work remotely if emergency situations arise. Per recommendation from local and state governments, the majority of our staff is working from home. Your calls are being routed thru our Pullman and Bellevue offices to your agent/customer service representatives. During this change in operations we do ask that if you have the need to come to our office that you please contact us first so that we can best serve you.
